You will receive an order confirmation email and confirmed orders will be dispatched within 3-4 working days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive order tracking details over Email & SMS. We at Kalon-A label by Sunaina value our customers time & money, and hence we strive hard to ensure that our customers receive their purchased product in the finest condition, and on or before the committed timeline. In order to do so, we have partnered with one of the leading logistics/courier company such as Shiprocket
- Delivery Timeline: While the delivery timeline will depend upon the delivery address of the customer, but a good range to keep in mind would be 10 - 12 working days. For Metros & Tier 1 cities, it might take anywhere between 4-7 working days to deliver while for Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas it might take 10-12 working days. Delivery may delay by 2-3 days as per the location. One will receive tracking details over email
- Shipping Fee within India: Free shipping on cart value of ₹2000 or above. Alternately, flat ₹250 will be charged as SHIPPING FEE if the cart value is less than ₹2000. This shipping fee is non refundable.

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped out.
